Xisen Wang's Portfolio

I’m Xisen Wang — a researcher, builder, and systems thinker driven by the belief that technology should amplify human intelligence, not just automate tasks. My work spans autonomous agents, AI systems design, and entrepreneurship, grounded in a vision of “systems intelligence” — AI that learns, adapts, and reasons across domains the way people do.

At Oxford University, I’ve led both the Oxford Energy Society and Engineering Without Borders, connecting innovation with societal impact. I’m the co-inventor of RD-Agent, an autonomous research framework that blends multi-agent coordination, long-term memory, and adaptive experimentation to accelerate scientific discovery. I also founded Pulse (https://pulse-ai.world), an admin-context personal AI that unifies email, calendar, notes, and tasks into a proactive cognitive layer that preserves focus and decision quality.

Whether leading teams in international competitions, launching ventures, or exploring new AI architectures, I aim to turn complexity into clarity and innovation into lasting change. For me, building AI isn’t just a technical pursuit — it’s about reshaping how we work, create, and live, with systems that don’t just respond to us, but think with us.
